What is the minimum age required to stay at our hotel?: Minimum age required to check in is 18 years of age with a valid photo id and a major credit card. $100.00 USD refundable security deposit is required for cash-paying guests, rooms are inspected at check out. During high demand or special events periods, hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card within 3-days prior to arrival. Should your credit card decline, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice.
How do I guarantee my reservation?: All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. One night room and tax will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.

What are check-in and check-out times?: Check-in is available at 4:00 PM. and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check in and late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. The latest check-out without penalties is at 12:00 PM, after that we charge a fee of $28.00 and the guest can stay in the room until 3:00 PM.
Are connecting rooms available?: Connecting rooms are available but subject to availability.
What is the maximum capacity to a room?: King Standard rooms are limited to 2 guests. King Suite rooms limited to 4 guests. Queen Standard rooms to 4 guests, and Queen Suites for up to 6 guests.
