Visit Santa Monica Pier, Boardwalk, and Beach
This beachfront area in West Los Angeles is a great place to spend the day. Santa Monica has a wonderful beach to enjoy the year-round warm weather. The sporting culture in the USA is exhilarating to watch live, and should not be missed. When visiting between November and April get tickets to watch the incredible LA Lakers, the local basketball team, at The Staples Center. Explore Hollywood Bowl

LA is home to just as many TV studios as movie studios. Being in a live studio audience is a once in a lifetime opportunity as tickets can be hard to come by. Visit the La Brea Tar Pits
These tar pits are 50,000-year-old and are fascinating to see and smell. Within the La Brea Museum you can explore the history of the ice age, by admiring over 1 million fossils and visiting the fun 3D theatre.
