Santikos Theaters, the leading theater chain in South Texas, is proud to announce its definitive purchase agreement to acquire The Grand Theatres and AmStar Cinemas from VSS-Southern Theatres, LLC. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for Santikos, propelling it to become the 8th largest theater circuit in North America.

The CEO of Santikos, Tim Handren, expressed enthusiasm for the expansion, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome our new team members and serve our new guests.
