Caesars Palace isn’t just iconic for its casino floor, but it also boasts a legendary dining scene. Fanatical foodies travel from all four corners of the world to sample its finest dining experiences. This luxury hotel and casino is one of the biggest landmarks on the Las Vegas Strip.
A Complete Entertainment Experience
Opened in 1966, the hotel was designed to replicate the opulence at the peak of the Roman Empire. Its casino floor started out with 250 slot machines and 30 gaming tables. Today, its floor boasts 124,181 sq. ft of gaming space. The Caesars Palace brand has also made its mark in the world of online casino gaming. It recently unveiled a fully branded iGaming platform that’s licensed and regulated in New Jersey. The site is one of only four operators in the Garden State to have a five-star rating, so click here to read more about how Caesars compares with the overall iGaming market.
But it’s fine dining experiences that whet the appetite in this article. In between those glitzy casino sessions or A-List live shows, this quartet of restaurants offers truly exceptional cuisine.
Bacchanal Buffet
Dubbed the most expensive buffet experience on the Vegas Strip, Bacchanal Buffet offers more than your average Vegas buffet. In fact, the recently renovated restaurant gives you the chance to explore dozens of cuisines, as well as expensive morsels such as crab legs, lobster tails, mouth-watering slow-cooked meats, and much, much more. There are nine show cooking stations and over 250 menu items daily. All-day brunch prices start from $79.99 for adults and rise to $84.99 at the weekend.
Nobu Restaurant
If you’re a connoisseur of authentic Asian cuisine, look no further than Nobu Restaurant. This place is an award-winning Japanese restaurant that has a menu oozing with seafood and other exotic delicacies. Open 5 pm-10 pm daily (from 4.30 pm on Fri-Sat), Nobu also caters flawlessly to vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets. Nobu is the only place in the U.S. where you can experience authentic Teppan tables for a genuine Teppanyaki dining experience. This is a tasting menu like no other, with show-cooking that dazzles the senses.
Restaurant Guy Savoy
Many believe Restaurant Guy Savoy to be the pinnacle of dining in Caesars Palace. It’s certainly the best French fine dining experience. This elegant restaurant has an exquisite menu inspired by the Savoy’s iconic Parisian restaurant. Restaurant Guy Savoy is open 5 pm-9 pm Weds-Sun and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. As a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience, it would be sacrilege not to sample some of Savoy’s signature dishes, including the octopus terrine and the unmistakable “Colors of Caviar.”
Amalfi by Bobby Flay
Rustic Italian fare has never been more appetizing thanks to Bobby Flay’s Amalfi restaurant in Caesars Palace. Bringing the flavors of the Mediterranean Sea as well as the Amalfi Coast, the restaurant offers a main menu brimming with delights. There’s also a group dining menu which is ideal for special occasions.
Choose from a host of rich pasta dishes, whole fresh fish as well as decadent desserts, ideal for those with a sweet tooth. Whichever one of these eateries you opt for, you’re unlikely to be disappointed by the dining experience at Caesars Palace.
